General Qualifications

  • Graduated from Industrial Engineering department of universities,
  • Experienced in Continuous Improvement, TPM, Lean Production Techniques (5S, Kaizen, SMED, Work Study, VSM studies),
  • Knowledge of modern process improvement techniques,
  • Good command of MS-Office applications, especially MS Excel,
  • At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Control, Budget Planning or Production Planning functions,
  • Knowledgeable in Operational Excellence,
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP),
  • Using design programs such as Autocad, Solidworks, etc.; experienced in production equipment, assembly lines, workstations ergonomics improvement, capacity increase studies,
  • Analytical, result-oriented and team-oriented
  • High reporting skills,
  • Prone to teamwork, with the ability to manage a team,
  • Analyzing and problem solving skills,
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in production/manufacturing,
  • Very good command of written and spoken English,

Job Description

  • Creating and following the lean road map of the factory,
  • Organizing and following up continuous improvement workshops,
  • To extract and follow up continuous improvement KPIs..,
  • Analyzing and reporting the workflow and realizing the production in the shortest time, cheapest and error-free, using the least resources, according to customer demands and determining, implementing and correcting the procedures for the company,
  • To carry out studies to reduce costs and scrap quantities with the Value Stream Mapping (VFM) method,
  • Designing a lean value stream that reduces lead time and product lead time, increases efficiency and quality, thus optimizing the entire system flow,
  • Providing training on Kaizen, 5S, problem solving techniques to the relevant departments or participating in the work of these departments,
  • Identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and wastes and providing support for their improvement,
  • Identifying potential risks that may arise and preparing an action plan to take measures, informing and guiding the relevant units on these issues,
  • Conducting analyses to determine the objectives of operational units,
  • Ensuring the functioning of the suggestion system,

Candidate Criteria

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience
