Thus, it is publicly announcing this commitment as evidence of the company's efforts to achieve this objective and as a strategic principle, in accordance with the definition set forth by Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March on true equality between men and women.

In order to carry out this project, the Arteche Group has agreed to draw up an equality plan which will consist of the objectives, strategies and practices to be adopted in the specific areas recommended by law.

An Equality Committee will be created to ensure transparency in the Equality Plan's implementation. Its initial task will be to conduct an assessment of equality in the company.

As we are aware that people are the main players in the adoption of these measures, their participation will be encouraged at various times in order to gather information on their opinions, needs and suggestions in this regard. There will also be fluid communication both internally, to provide information on the progress of the process and the decisions that are being prioritized in the Equality Plan, and externally, to convey a corporate image that conforms to the principle of equality between men and women.
